This is a truly special experience. I highly recommend it. The forest setting is gorgeous and the food is beautiful. We learned a lot and felt like we left with some recipes and skills we will use forever. Francesco and Patrizia are delightful and knowledgeable and they went out of their way to make this a memorable day for us. I think that even if you are already a competent cook, you would enjoy this and learn things. This is the sort of experience that is priceless. Jenny
